Therapy is a proactive step toward making positive changes in your life that will benefit you, and also benefit those you love.

 

Sometimes we get "stuck" and we need to step back and sort out the details - reevaluate our path and readjust our journey. My goal is to help you sort out "your story" and find your own capacity for self-healing and personal growth.

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the connection between therapist and client.  I strive to understand each client's individual needs and unique situation, and provide a nurturing place for self expression and self discovery. 

 

I work with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues such as life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, PMDD, grief, anger, infidelity, relationship and parenting issues,  physical and sexual abuse, and substance abuse.

 

Confidentiality and discretion are top priorities in my professional practice and my goal is to make the therapeutic process a comfortable and positive experience. My office is located at Gracetree Yoga and Growth Studio, which has a safe, peaceful, and healing atmosphere.
